This notice describes information handled through the JUNCHU Precision website and its project-enquiry workflow.

Information you provide

An enquiry can contain your name, business contact details, company and country, project requirements, quantities, materials, manufacturing choices and the drawings or models you choose to upload. Please send information needed for the project and avoid unrelated personal or sensitive information.

How the information is used

Enquiry information is used to review technical requirements, clarify scope, prepare a quotation and coordinate the requested project. The source page of an enquiry may be recorded to understand the request. Information may need to be discussed with relevant production or service partners for the agreed project. Tell us about confidentiality or disclosure restrictions before sharing protected material.

File storage and access

Model and drawing uploads are sent directly from your browser to private Alibaba Cloud OSS storage in Hong Kong. Enquiry details and file references are stored in the website backend. Uploaded project files are not published in the WordPress media library. Backend downloads require an authorized account and use time-limited links. Hosting and storage providers process the data needed to operate these services.

Necessary cookies and technical records

The enquiry workflow uses a necessary session cookie to associate selected files with your request and protect submission. This session currently lasts up to two hours. Login cookies are used for authorized backend access. The server may keep technical request and error records, and anti-abuse controls use limited technical information to restrict repeated requests.

Retention and deletion

Unsubmitted upload sessions and unattached files become eligible for scheduled cleanup after seven days; scheduled jobs may run later. Submitted enquiry records and attached files are not currently deleted automatically. They should be reviewed in relation to the active project, necessary follow-up and recordkeeping needs. Do not use the upload form for information that requires a separately agreed retention or handling arrangement.

Requests about your information

Use the Contact Us page to ask about a correction, withdrawal, access or deletion of information you submitted. Include your enquiry reference where available and describe the request. JUNCHU may need to verify that a request relates to information you are entitled to manage before acting on it. Please identify a privacy-related enquiry as such; manufacturing fields that do not apply can be marked “Not applicable”.

Review the file-confidentiality guidance before uploading restricted files. Private storage does not replace an NDA or a project-specific agreement. Links to other websites are governed by those services and their own notices.
