About JUNCHU

Aluminum components, coordinated processes and a clear project contact.

JUNCHU focuses on custom aluminum components and the metal or plastic parts that complete a mechanical assembly. Based in Linqu, Weifang, Shandong, we coordinate profiles, machined parts, fabricated components, surface finishing and assembly around customer drawings.

Our role is to connect the manufacturing stages with the finished-part requirement. An enclosure may start as a profile, receive machined openings and threads, then be finished and fitted with covers and hardware. Reviewing these steps together connects the alloy and starting form to tool access, finished dimensions, appearance and assembly fit.

Projects can involve selected production partners and secondary operations. The quotation defines the proposed route, operations, responsibilities, inspection requirements and delivery scope. Raise supplier qualification, facility or documentation requirements during the enquiry so the proposed arrangement can be reviewed before approval.

From enquiry to an approved baseline. Identify the part revision, material condition, quantities and requirements that are still open. Agree any proposed substitution or design change before it affects tooling or production. Sample approval should refer to the accepted configuration and checks, giving later orders a defined starting point.

Explore manufacturing capabilities, application examples and the RFQ preparation checklist for the information that supports a clear project scope.

Aluminum-Focused Manufacturing

Profiles, housings, brackets and related components form the center of our aluminum-focused work. Supporting steel, stainless, copper-alloy and polymer parts can be reviewed with the complete drawing package. The selected route depends on geometry, quantity, material condition, finish and the interfaces needed by the assembly.

Drawing-Based Project Coordination

A project contact follows drawing questions, component revisions and material or finish decisions through the agreed manufacturing stages. Open points, proposed changes and sample approvals should be recorded against the affected part numbers. This gives buyers, engineers and selected production partners a shared reference for the work being released.
