A custom-part project can involve selected production partners and several secondary operations. JUNCHU coordinates the drawing questions, process sequence, finished interfaces and agreed checks for the scope confirmed in the quotation.
Confirm the work package
The proposed route should identify the included operations, material and finish requirements, supplied items and acceptance scope. Do not assume every service listed on the website is carried out in one facility or included in every order. Ask for project-specific production or supplier information when it is needed for your qualification process.
Control interfaces between operations
An extruded profile may need cut lengths, machined datums, finishing and assembly. The dimensions and references passed between these steps must remain consistent. Record whether a critical fit is accepted before or after treatment and which party supplies any mating parts or fixtures.
Record approvals and changes
Keep the accepted drawing revision, sample feedback and inspection requirements together. A change to a process, grade, finish or supplied component should be reviewed for its effect on the agreed result. Required supplier qualifications or supporting evidence must be specified with the enquiry.
